First we had to draw our design on a paper for draft, Before we draw our design we choose a NZ design from the internet but add more detail so your design can be your own. Then you draw your design on a cup then outline to make it darker then you are finished.

Ifa - Decimat
`
First Picture: 1 whole is divided into tenths
Second Picture: 1 whole is divided into hundredths
Third Picture: 1 whole is divided into thousandths
First we had to play a game. In this game you had to roll two dice. The easy part was when you had to colour it in. So if you got five over hundredths then you colour then you colour in five in the hundredths sheet or mat. In the first picture the purple represents one tenth. In the second photo, the green in the left right corner represents five hundredths. In the last photo the black represents two thousandths. The next thing I'd like to learn is to know how to use the place values to solve problems with decimals.
