Blade Tarte Tatin

We put the apples into a small pan with 50g of butter. Next we had to wait until the sugar and butter formed into caramel.

  4. It wasn't difficult for me when my group made Tarte Tatins. The hardest part for me when I was cooking is when I had to peel the apples with a knife.
