Huntah - Weekend

In the weekend my family and I went to watch a interesting movie named Teenage mutant ninja turtles. As as we entered through the ticket reception I was thinking of what would happen in the movie. The movie was very long. My brother never got to all of it because he fell asleep. I really enjoyed watching that movie.

Lana - Jump Rope for Heart

Last week all the students of Glen Innes school went to the G.I centre to perform their skipping items. Rm8  went down there and performed really well. Also everyone had fun. 

Shanelle - Strand Assessment

I had completed my E-asttle Strand test and my result was 5P. I am very proud of my score but I there are many things I need to improve on. I need to work on the volume of shapes and many other things. Next I would like to get a 5A. 

Alyssa- Addictions

This week my group has been learning about additicitions. Yesterday we made a poem and poster about it. We were learning about addictions because it is related to our topic studies. For me it was easy to do a poster but writing a poem was hard.

Shanelle- Scatter Graphs

Walt: write a blog post about scatter graphs.

I created 3 different sized paper planes out of newspaper. I got into a group of 3 and we all threw each of our planes. We had to throw each plane 4 times and then measure from where we stood to where the plane had landed in cm. Then I recorded the measurements onto a table. On graph paper we plotted our measurements. After that we drew a straight line to connect as many points as we could.

Ketura- Technology

In the past few Monday's, we went to technology and we worked on making our charters for our juice boxes. The character that I made was a grape. It took time for me to make this because I had to glue the pieces together and wait till it dries.  Next, the I would like to do shirt printing.
